RETURN POLICY
No returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. With manufacturer's allowance, a Return Authorization Number may be requested 15 days from the date your product shipped from our warehouse. After this 15-day period, you will be required to contact the manufacturer for assistance. All items arriving at our warehouse without a RMA number will be refused.
- Software: Only unopened packaged software is returnable up to 15 days from invoice date. Please make sure the software is compatible and will work with your system before opening it. All opened software is not returnable. Software licensing products are considered special order items, and are not returnable for any reason. Product will be credited for the current price of the product at the time of return.
- Hardware: If the supplier's factory seal is intact, you may return any regularly stocked unopened product for exchange or refund within 15 days of your invoice date (if permitted by manufacturer's return policy, and if an approved RMA# is issued). All returns for refund are subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the selling price and a $10 handling fee. Freight is non-refundable. Product will be credited for the current price of the product at the time of return.
RETURN ON OPENED ITEM(S) FOR REFUND:**Most non-defective items cannot be returned if the factory seal is broken. These items are generally considered used goods and cannot be resold as new. Certain items can be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery under the terms of unopened items. Requests for the return of opened item(s) are dealt with on a case by case basis. If we authorize you to return a non-defective open box item back to us you will be charged 25% of the selling price. Freight is non-refundable.
All products must be received at our Warehouse within 10 days of issuing the RMA Number. Items received after 10 days will be refused. All RMA numbers must appear on the shipping labels. MARK RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.
Accessories Wholesale, Inc Unlimited will not be liable if you order the wrong product
To help you make an educated buying decision, Accessories Wholesale, Inc lists technical specifications and manufacturer part numbers for almost all products on our Web site. We have made every attempt to ensure the relevancy of this information. If for any reason your inquiries are not answered on the Accessories Wholesale, Inc Web site, please visit the product manufacturers Web site for further compatibility and specification information. Accessories Wholesale, Inc is not liable if you order the wrong product.
Shipping, Handling and Processing Fees on Returned Items
Shipping, handling and processing charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping, handling and processing charges, insurance, and duties, taxes, or tariffs on all return shipments, including defective products. Returns sent COD will be REFUSED.
Replacement products
Replacement product orders will not be shipped until the original item is received and tested. Once the item has been confirmed defective, and all components are accounted for, the replacement item(s) will be shipped. If the item is being returned for credit, the credit will not be issued until the item has been inspected and confirmed to be defective.
Non-Defective Product Returns
An RMA must be requested within 15 days of when you receive the merchandise, unless a product arrives damaged due to mishandling by a carrier. If this happens, it must be noted with the carrier at the time your package is delivered. Claims for all damaged product discrepancies must be submitted to Accessories Wholesale, Inc within two (2) business days of invoice date. All returned packages must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date. After 15 days please contact the manufacturer directly. All returns must be received within 25 days of purchase.
- Due to restrictions set by manufacturers, some vendors deviate from Accessories Wholesale, Inc standard return policy.
- Close out and discontinued items are not returnable.
- Prior to shipping, you requested and received an RMA number from Accessories Wholesale, Inc Customer Service via our on-line RMA request form.
- Accessories Wholesale, Inc RMA numbers will expire after 10 calendar days from issuance.
- Product(s) are unopened, unused and can be resold as new. Products must be in resalable condition (without price tags, clean, undamaged, unused, unopened and complete in the original manufacturer packaging.
- Product(s) returned are in their original manufacturer's packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and user's manual. Software cannot be returned if packaging has been opened or seal is broken.
- Open box items are not eligible for return unless specified otherwise.
- You return the product freight-prepaid. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as accessoryinc.com assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
- Non-Defective unopened products may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of the invoice date, subject to the supplier's return policies. All returns for refund are subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the selling price and a $10 handling fee. Freight is non-refundable.
- Prices on products generally drop, and we may not accept your request for credit on a product if the price has dropped significantly. In the case of a significant price drop, we may offer you a credit amount according to the current selling price.
Defective/DOA Product Returns
Any defective item may be returned directly to us for replacement up to 30 days from the date of shipment, with some exceptions - certain manufacturers require the end-user (you) to return defective items directly to them, even within our 30-day period. If you think that your merchandise is defective please call the manufacturer first before e-mailing Accessories Wholesale, Inc. Please refer to the manufacturers warranty agreement after the 15th day of receiving your equipment. When you receive your RMA number, please reference the Accessories Wholesale, Inc RMA Number on the shipping label only. You must return the product in the original packaging, with all its documents and components. Failure to do so may result in that product being returned to you. Please do not write on the manufacturer's box. Writing on the manufacturer's box will deem your product as non-resalable and will result in that product being returned to you.
- Due to restrictions set by manufacturers, some manufacturers deviate from Accessories Wholesale, Inc standard defective return policy.
- The validity period during which ALL RMAs will remain open is 10 days from the date Accessories Wholesale, Inc issues the RMA. You must allow for in-transit time for the product to be returned, as we must physically receive products within the 10 calendar days.
- Accessories Wholesale, Inc will match the products serial number with the serial number on file. If the serial numbers do not match, the product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
- All returns will be inspected by Quality Control prior to any credits being issued. If a product proves to be defective, a replacement item will be shipped out.
Accessories Wholesale, Inc tests all returned defective and DOA products.
Manufacturer Limits
Please note that Not All items are covered by our returns policy. Some manufacturers require that all defective and DOA products be returned directly to them, or they may limit the time frame in which you can return products. Most of the products we receive back as defective are not defective at all. Please be sure to contact the manufacturer for tech support before filling out our RMA form or contacting us by e-mail.
Lost Shipments
In the unfortunate event that one of your orders is lost, a Accessories Wholesale, Inc customer service representative will quickly research your order and replace it, if necessary. Lost shipments must be reported within 15 days of the invoice date. Please note, if you request special shipping or handling, including shipment via a carrier other than Accessories Wholesale, Inc carrier of choice, you will bear all risk of loss in transit and will be responsible for filing claims with the carrier.
Return Shipments
Before you return defective product and / or non-defective shipments to us, you need to follow these procedures:
1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; see the How To Get An RMA Number section below.
2. Write the RMA number on the original box.
3. Include one RMA per carton. Shipments can include merchandise that is being returned for different reasons, such as DOA vs. non-defective, but a separate RMA number is required for each SKU and condition.
Shipping Requirements
Please take care in shipping product back. Returned cartons that do not meet the following conditions will be returned to you with a $75 processing fee and return freight charged to your account:
- Product must be unused.
- Product must be complete and in manufacturer's original packaging, with no visible damage (e.g. rips, tears, compressions, holes or dents).
- All seals and packaging tape of manufacturers' packaging must be unbroken.
- There must be no markings or writing on manufacturer's packaging.
- There must be no stickers, other than the shipping label, on manufacturer's packaging.
- If a carton is shrink-wrapped, a shipping label must be on the shrink-wrap and the top of the carton.
- All products, including the manufacturer carton(s), should be packed into an additional shipping carton to help prevent damage while in transit.
- The RMA must reach our warehouse within 10 calendar days of the RMA date, or the carton will be returned to the customer.
- Merchandise must be secured with proper packaging to prevent any damage in transit.
If all criteria are met, Accessories Wholesale Inc. will issue a credit memo to your account. Credit memos will be issued for cost of product in the amount of your most recent purchase price or the current selling price, whichever is lower.
How To Get An RMA Number
Prior to shipping any product back, you must request and receive an RMA number from Accessories Wholesale, Inc via our on-line RMA request form. All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You will be sent an e-mail back with your RMA number and our return facility address information within 48 hours. We have a convenient electronic RMA Form you can fill out and submit online. The form can include up to nine SKUs.
For efficient return-shipment execution and to ensure that you receive credit due, please follow all procedures above. Failure to follow procedures may result in product being returned to you at your expense. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to e-mail our Customer Service Staff.
